About the Role We are looking for a Fashion Advisor with a passion for client service and fashion expertise to provide superior service, drive revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. Responsibilities Lead new customer acquisition, converting walk‑in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire. Optimize the client experience through prompt, professional, warm and courteous service. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. Demonstrate a can‑do attitude in every situation to raise the level of service and exceed client expectations. Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow‑up on repairs and alterations. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail or client service. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift 15 lbs and flexible to work late nights, weekends and some holidays. Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required. Knowledge of the House of CHANEL and commitment to social & cultural initiatives. Position Logistics Full‑time in‑store presence required to support client sales and service. Compensation Hourly rate $28.00 – $34.00. Base salary is one component of total compensation; additional benefits and perks may be offered.
