F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager Location: Oakes Kia of Olathe | Olathe, KS
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday with one weekday off each week
Compensation: $60,000 - 600,000 + Annually (uncapped) | Draw + Commission
About the Role
Oakes Kia of Olathe is looking for an experienced F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our sales operation, responsible for delivering a seamless transition from sales to finance while maximizing profitability and ensuring compliance.

What You’ll Do
Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a clear, value-driven way
Structure deals, secure lender approvals, and maximize profitability
Ensure all deals meet compliance standards and lender requirements
Prepare, review, and submit contracts and funding paperwork accurately and efficiently
Partner closely with the sales team to deliver a smooth, customer-focused experience
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in an automotive F&I role with strong closing ability
High attention to detail with a strong understanding of compliance and deal structure
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, self-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Strong reliability and consistent attendance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
