F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager Location: Oakes Kia of Olathe | Olathe, KS
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday with one weekday off each week
Compensation: $60,000 - 600,000 + Annually (uncapped) | Draw + Commission

Oakes Kia of Olathe is looking for an experienced F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our sales operation, responsible for delivering a seamless transition from sales to finance while maximizing profitability and ensuring compliance.

What You’ll Do 

• Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a clear, value-driven way

• Structure deals, secure lender approvals, and maximize profitability

• Ensure all deals meet compliance standards and lender requirements

• Prepare, review, and submit contracts and funding paperwork accurately and efficiently

• Partner closely with the sales team to deliver a smooth, customer-focused experience

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven success in an automotive F&I role with strong closing ability

• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of compliance and deal structure

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Competitive, self-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Requirements 

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
