We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and set the standard for cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our brand new hotel . What We Offer
  • $16–$18 per hour
  • $500 hiring bonus
    • $250 after 90 days
    • $250 after 180 days
  • Double pay for worked holidays

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support the housekeeping and laundry team (hiring, training, coaching, scheduling)
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards
  • Inspect rooms and follow up on quality issues
  • Manage daily room status updates with the front desk
  • Control inventory for linens, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain labor standards and productivity goals
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Oversee lost & found and department organization
  • Partner with the General Manager on budgeting and department performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous housekeeping leadership experience (Assistant Executive Housekeeper or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to lead a team and keep morale high
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Basic computer and reporting skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of supervisory housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment
  • Additional experience in hotel housekeeping operations is a plus
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred, not required)
