Description Responsibilities Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Diagnose and troubleshoot devices Replace the LCD/ Digitizers on touch-screen radios Repair or replace disc readers, map disc drives, corrupt chips or boards using a soldering tool and etc Ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date Attempt to replicate reported technical problems and look for solutions Program device to improve functionality Repair Technician Qualifications / Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment Exemplify strong attention to detail Must have strong time management skills and work productively with minimal supervision Familiarity and understanding of the functions of basic computer hardware and software *On-the-job training relating to our specific products will be provided.
