What You'll Do:As the Dog Daycare Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our daycare runs smoothly and our four-legged guests are happy and cared for. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting a team of dedicated staff to maintain a safe and engaging environment. - Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. - Resolving any issues that arise with a calm, solution-focused approach. - Providing exceptional customer service to pet parents, addressing their questions and concerns with care. - Maintaining a clean and organized facility to ensure the health and happiness of all dogs in our care.
What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or managerial position. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients. - A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to their well-being.
