Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispensary Technician/Budtender located in Portland, OR. The Dispensary Technician will be responsible for assisting customers, managing dispensary inventory, handling cash transactions accurately, and maintaining detailed product knowledge to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries effectively. Additional responsibilities may include ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of product knowledge, including the capability to learn and provide accurate details about products and their uses
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage professionally with a diverse customer base
• Experience in accurate cash handling and the ability to manage point-of-sale systems efficiently
• Attention to detail, dependability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to dispensary operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training relevant to the role are advantageous
