Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time electric bike delivery driver to handle cannabis deliveries throughout Manhattan. During non-delivery periods, this role will support in-store retail operations, including POS/register support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cannabis products safely, professionally, and in compliance with NYS regulations
• Navigate efficiently across Manhattan (Upper West Side, Upper East Side, and Downtown to Wall Street)
• Provide strong customer service during deliveries and in-store interactions
• Assist with POS/register operations during downtime
• Maintain delivery logs, product security, and compliance procedures
• Represent the Nicklz brand professionally at all times

Requirements

• Prior cannabis retail or budtender knowledge required
• Strong familiarity with NYC streets and bike navigation
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours
• Must meet all legal employment eligibility requirements for cannabis retail in New York

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cannabis dispensary experience
• Electric bike delivery experience in NYC
• Knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and compliance standards
