Job Duties

• Receives telephone calls and reports calls for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and occasionally radio communications equipment
• Ability to work long hours while seated at a desk with multiple computer monitors
• Ability to work and communicate with others

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level position
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and smartphone use and application
