Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading data and intelligence platform used by policy, regulatory, and government affairs professionals. They are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product organization for a highly visible platform serving the government and policy ecosystem.

This role will oversee a team of Product Managers and drive product strategy, roadmap development, and execution in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.

This is a full time, permanent position 4 days a week onsite in Arlington, VA.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers (approximately 4–6 direct reports)
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a large-scale data and intelligence platform
• Partner closely with engineering leadership, sales, and other internal stakeholders to deliver impactful product initiatives
• Drive product discovery by identifying real customer problems and translating them into scalable product solutions
• Lead cross-functional product development from discovery through launch and iteration
• Balance customer needs, market insights, and business priorities to shape long-term product strategy
• Guide the team through a period of strategic growth and transformation within the business

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of product management experience building SaaS or data-driven platforms
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing Product Managers
• Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap development
• Strong product discovery skills and ability to translate customer problems into innovative solutions
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to partner closely with engineering and commercial teams to drive product outcomes
• Experience building products used in regulated industries, government, policy, or data intelligence environments is a plus
