Product Director - FX, Treasury & Digital Asset Infrastructure

As Product Director of FX, Treasury & Digital Assets, you'll own the full stack from FX rate sourcing and stablecoin liquidity to settlement infrastructure - bridging traditional treasury systems with next-generation digital asset rails.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Define FX provisioning frameworks for real-time conversion across currencies and stablecoins
• Lead product design for liquidity sourcing across banks, FX providers, crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and stablecoin issuers
• Build cross-asset pricing models covering fiat↔fiat, fiat↔stablecoin, and stablecoin↔stablecoin
• Own monetization strategy across FX spreads, coin swap fees, and hybrid pricing models
• Streamline treasury ops including stablecoin minting/redemption, reconciliation, and workflow automation
• Define multi-currency and multi-coin settlement frameworks incorporating real-time and blockchain rails
• Manage multi-coin treasury infrastructure including liquidity pools, multi-wallet/chain design, and coin swap engines
• Partner cross-functionally with treasury, banking, engineering, compliance, and blockchain teams

✅ Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in payments, treasury, or financial infrastructure
• Deep domain expertise across FX management, settlement systems, and money movement
• Strong knowledge of digital asset and stablecoin ecosystems - USDC, USDT, regulated stablecoins, coin swap mechanisms, cross-chain liquidity
• Experience with hybrid treasury systems combining fiat FX and digital asset liquidity
• Familiarity with digital asset custody (MPC, institutional custody) and regulatory frameworks across treasury, FX, and digital assets (AML/KYC, Travel Rule)
