Our client is a large U.S. financial institution headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. It operates an extensive retail banking network across multiple states and is a principal subsidiary of a major bank holding company. The organization ranks on the Fortune 500 and maintains thousands of ATMs and over a thousand branches.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $64.00 to $74.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems.

• Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.

• Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices.

• Integrate new data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures.

• Develop processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.

• Create custom software components and analytics applications.

• Research and propose new uses for existing data assets.

• Employ multiple languages and tools to connect systems and data flows.

• Collaborate with data architects, IT, and data scientists to achieve project goals.

• Install and update disaster recovery procedures for data platforms.

• Recommend improvements to enhance data reliability and quality.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of SQL experience.

• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence systems and ETL.

• Proficiency with IBM DataStage versions 8.5, 9.1, 11.3, 11.5, or 11.7.

• Experience providing Level 1 production support.

• Experience with non-relational and relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB.

• Experience programming and/or architecting with a back-end language such as Java or J2EE.

• DBT experience (preferred).
