JOB OVERVIEW

This is a full-time, physically active field role. Every day you will be on site performing real trade work alongside a dedicated crew. We value craftspeople who care about the finished product as much as we do — people who do things right the first time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install drywall from start to finish — hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing to a smooth, paint-ready surface.
• Lay flooring of various types including hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), ceramic and porcelain tile, and laminate.
• Perform rough and finish framing using both wood and metal stud systems to spec.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces with proper preparation, priming, and professional finish application.
• Install and fit interior trim, baseboards, crown molding, and door and window casings.
• Hang doors, install hardware, and complete all associated finish carpentry tasks.
• Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, shelving, and related millwork accurately and securely.
• Read and follow basic project plans, work orders, and instructions from the site lead.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout every workday.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with the lead or site supervisor regarding progress, issues, and material needs.
• Assist with material handling, loading, and site prep as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid hands-on experience in at least 2 to 3 of the trades listed above — demonstrated ability, not just familiarity.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet, standing or walking, for 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Proven reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow-through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a crew.
• Comfortable reading basic project instructions, work orders, or diagrams.
• Strong work ethic and a pride in delivering quality finished work.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States — required, no exceptions.
• Valid, active driver's license — required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
