Community Caregiver – North Pointe

As a Community Caregiver, you’ll help create a safe, warm, and home-like environment for residents while supporting their daily needs, independence, and overall well-being. Schedule:

• Part-time AM shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• Weekend and holiday rotation required

Pay & Incentives:

• $1.00 weekend shift differential

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily living activities
• Support delegated nursing tasks and medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in resident health or behavior
• Offer companionship and lead life enrichment activities
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity for each resident

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with older adults
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn (no experience, diploma, or certification required)
• Ability to follow directions and provide attentive, respectful care
