CDIS facilitates modifications to clinical documentation through concurrent interaction with physicians and other clinicians to ensure that documentation reflects complete and accurate level of service rendered to patients.**Education/Training:** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.**Experience:**A minimum of 3 years acute care nursing experience required. ICU experience preferred. Minimum 2 years CDIS in acute care hospital. Epic and 3M 360 Experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams. Must be able to troubleshoot remote computer connectivity issues.**Licensure, Registration or Certification:**Registered Nurse required.
