About the Role:
Join Temple Beit HaYam Early Childhood Learning Center Inc as a Childcare VPK and Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. We are seeking passionate educators to create engaging learning experiences for our little ones in Stuart, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for VPK and toddler classes.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• Monitor and assess children's development and progress regularly.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida teaching certification or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
• Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Background check clearance required.
