Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Transition and organize data within Excel, ensuring accuracy in reporting and analysis.
• Perform data mining tasks, utilizing Excel formulas, index matching, and Tableau dashboards.
• Manage order downloads and uploads between systems in the wholesale department.
• Use Oracle and Excel functions such as macros, SUMIF, INDEXMATCH, and pivot tables to streamline workflows.
• Provide order entry support as a back-office function, ensuring smooth data processing.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Show experience with Oracle and other database systems for financial and business reporting.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy across multiple processes.
• Adapt to a structured workflow where efficiency remains consistent for both large and small orders.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently in a fast-paced back-office environment.

• Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills for managing large datasets.
• Communicate effectively to support internal teams with data processing and reporting needs.
• Apply problem-solving abilities to improve workflow automation and data handling.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
