Caregiver Job Responsibilities As an in-home Caregiver, you will:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Offer medication reminders and companionship
• Support clients with mobility and safe transfers
• Work in clients' homes throughout Spokane County, with varying shift times and care needs

Caregiver Job Requirements

• Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required – we pay for your Caregiver training
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, dependable, and caring, with a genuine passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities
