Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting Automated Assembly Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Florence, KY

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 12 hour shifts - must be flexible - alternating schedule Wed-Sun 7am - 7pm and Thurs-Sat 7am-7pm

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and support automated assembly systems, including robotics, vision systems, conveyors, and work cells.

• Load and unload components and materials according to standardized work instructions.

• Respond to machine alarms and stoppages, performing basic troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to technicians or engineering.

• Verify machine programs, setups, tooling, and fixtures prior to production start.

• Conduct in-process inspections (visual, torque, fit, alignment, labeling) to ensure quality standards are met.

• Basic troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
