Job Full Description Job Description Come help us build custom fireplaces in this Product Assembly Technician role in Lakeville, MN.
Our Product Assembly Technicians are responsible for manufacturing and assembling our unique products for customers across North America. This position utilizes welding, painting, machine operation and assembly to construct each of these uniquely designed products.
Position responsibilities include:
- Build standard and custom product using various pieces of equipment
- Operate a mechanical hoist, forklift, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools
- Assist with packaging products within the crate as needed
- Ensure product and process meet Quality, Delivery, Cost and Safety expectations
- Work as a team to ensure schedule is met daily
- Train others as needed
- Perform proper equipment preventative maintenance
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Your on-boarding will be quicker if you have experience with:
- Equipment: nail gun, panel saw, chop saw, screw gun, welding, hoist
- Production and manufacturing environments
- Ability to read simple diagrams and drawings
- Handled sheet metal
- Forklifts and Material Handling
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED, and 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, decimals), reading and writing
- Can read drawings and schematics effectively

- 10 hour shift, 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Savage, MN 55378: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
