Cleanroom Assemblers In Carlsbad, CA

Hiring assemblers to perform medical assembly under a microscope. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Will assemble start to finish medical devices utilizing the microscope
• Follow and adhere to sop, line clearance, and documentation practices
• Read and follow work instructions and production drawings
• Successfully complete training on production tasks, understanding travelers/routers, identifying materials, and using production/inspection tools and equipment
• Operate tools and equipment, and complete necessary documentation
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks
• Collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality
• Assist Engineers in developing process documentation
• Receive verbal instructions and execute other assigned duties
• Perform inventory counts

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of assembly, production, or small electronics experience (will train)
• Prior experience with microscopes and medical assembly is preferred
• Ability to understand and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality of medical devices
• Cleanroom experience or PPE experience preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
