Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Assembler opportunities in Southington, CT . Responsibilities:

• Manual Assembly & Dexterity: Manually assemble small medical device subcomponents using hand tools and fixtures with high precision and hand/eye coordination.

• Quality Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of products (sometimes using magnification) to identify non-conformities and ensure all items meet strict quality standards.

• Documentation & Packaging: Accurately complete production records and work order documentation while weighing, counting, and labeling finished products for shipment.

• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation in a clean room environment while strictly adhering to all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

• Reliability & Professionalism: Proven ability to follow attendance policies and take direction from supervisors with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Technical Skillset: Ability to comprehend written procedures and work at a consistent production rate without constant assistance.

• Physical Capability: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to stand or sit for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred; previous experience in a manufacturing or medical assembly environment is a plus.

• Pay: $19.00 per hour (includes a $1.00 shift differential!)

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (2nd Shift)

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
