Assembler – Medical Devices

About the Role
Join our team as an Assembler , where you’ll contribute to building catheters used to prevent brain aneurysms. This is a hands‑on role in a cleanroom environment requiring precision, focus, and teamwork. You’ll spend most of your time working under a microscope, assembling delicate components that directly save lives.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cleanroom assembly for catheters designed to prevent aneurysms.
Work under a microscope for extended periods to ensure precision.
Use small hand tools to assemble components such as coiling wire and tubing.
Participate in assembly on the Pilot line lab and eventually in CER.
Report quality or process issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
Essential Skills
Ability to work under a microscope for long durations.
Proficiency with small hand tools.
Experience in medical device assembly (preferred, not required).
⭐ Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with coil, hot box, iron soldering, UV bonding, and measuring equipment.
Familiarity with GDP review and ERP systems.
Ability to perform cycle counts and manage inventory in a cleanroom.

Work Environment
100% cleanroom environment with full gown attire.
10‑hour shifts, 6 days per week (average 45–55 hours).
Collaborative, team‑oriented culture with strong focus on communication and quality.
Monday through Saturday, 5:00am start time.
Currently they are hiring employees, and most will need to currently work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
