Assembler Lake Zurich, IL, US Launch Your Career in Medical Device Manufacturing! Are you passionate about building and crafting with your hands? Do you enjoy working with precision and care to create something meaningful? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Medical Device Assembler. Hours are 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm Temp to Hire Opportunity! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on life-saving medical devices, including assembling catheters, while learning the ins and outs of a growing and innovative industry.
Responsibilities: Craft High-Quality Products: Assemble catheters and other medical device components using your hands and precision tools like tweezers, rulers, and adhesive dispensers. Learn the Trade: Follow detailed written procedures and receive hands-on training to master the assembly process. Stay Organized: Maintain a clean, efficient workstation and accurately document your work to meet quality standards. Ensure Excellence: Perform basic quality checks and report any issues to your supervisor. Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team to meet production goals and deliver exceptional products.
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Skills: A passion for building, crafting, or working with your hands. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully. A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and excited to contribute to a mission that makes a difference.
