1st Shift Assembler – Medical Devices
Location: Irvine, California
Pay:
Assembler I: $19.50/ Hr (1 year of manufacturing with microscope experience)
Assembler II: $20.00–$21.00/ Hr (2+ years of medical device assembly experience with microscope)
Shift: 1st Shift – starting as early as 5:00am
About the Role
We’re seeking detail‑oriented Assemblers to join our growing medical device team. You’ll work in a cleanroom environment assembling and testing life‑saving devices with precision and care. This role is perfect for candidates with microscope experience and a passion for quality work in a fast‑paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with quality system policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Report issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to supervisors.
Provide hands‑on training to coworkers when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Microscope experience (working under a microscope up to 90% of the shift).
Small part assembly (catheters and similar components).
Minimum 6 months of high‑volume small part assembly experience.
Strong communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Medical device assembly experience.
Cleanroom experience.
Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, calipers, and micrometers.
Mechanical and electrical assembly experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
